In November 2019, Walsh University will submit to its next comprehensive evaluation from the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association (HLC-NCA) to renew the Level V accreditation for an additional 10 years under its sixth president, Mr. Richard Jusseaume, who won the 1985 Outstanding Alumnus Achievement Award. Previously enrolled undergrads transfer up to 92 credits from accredited, non-remedial courses graded at least “C.” The Graduate School considers online master’s candidates who’ve finished 120-130 baccalaureate credits. Nursing majors need a CCNE-accredited BSN and one year of clinical experience. Master of Arts in Education teachers must be licensed with GPAs above 2.99.
